Nilper's activities began in 1992 with the widespread introduction of computers and, consequently, its equipment, including special computer chairs. The expanding computer market, technical capabilities such as mold making and economic sham, prompted Nilper's founder to take the initiative to produce this type of chair. Nilper production activity was formed by manufacturing and assembling chair parts in the basement of an exhibition with an area of about 120 square meters, on Palestine Street. This process, ie from the time the sample chair was purchased to the start of production, lasted 2 years (1371-1373). In 1994, Nilper Company was officially registered.
After a while, due to the prosperity of the activity and the limited space, the workshop was moved to a place with an area of 250 meters on three Azeri roads. After about a year of production in an Azeri workshop, 1,200 square meters of land was purchased in Chahardangeh and work continued. The great success of the market for Nilper products and the need to increase capacity, showed the correct understanding and forecast of management in 1371 of the future needs of the market. Until 2001, Nilper's activities were mostly traditional and the management of the complex was mainly with Nilper's shareholders. The high production capacity and the problems that arose at that time, made it clear that in order to maintain and improve the position of Nilper, the need for scientific and modern management in the collection is essential. Due to Nilper's constant approach, which was to improve the quality and quantity of their products and system of activities, many searches were made to find effective consultants, and finally 21 managers with a distinguished background in scientific management were selected and entered the management staff..
In order to develop activities and move towards industrial production, a new organization was organized in Nilper. This organization made it possible to realize the development vision that the collection intended. For this purpose, new units were formed, including industrial design and engineering. In 2002, the main focus of Nilper Company was on the improvement and development of systems. From 2002 onwards, the company gradually began extensive training in various subjects. After passing these trainings, since 2003, Nilper was surrounded by the knowledge of strategic management and the units of the company used specific and codified strategies. Gradually, in that year, the production site was changed with the help and advice of consultants, and a large and well-equipped factory was established in Baharestan town. In this way, from a place with an area of about 2000 square meters, to a factory with an area of 36,000 square meters with about 5,000 square meters of sheds were moved. In all matters related to this transfer, including the location and establishment of the factory, the scientific principles emphasized by the consultants were considered.
