Sirjan Jahan Foolad Sirjan Company was first established in 2009 by Kerman Province Development and Development Company, which is one of the companies under the pension fund of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company. After changes in shareholders, 51% of the shares now belong to the Mining and Industrial Company. Gol Gohar and its affiliates and 49% of the shares belong to the pension fund of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company and its subsidiaries.

The registered capital of this company was 960 billion Rials, which has increased to forty thousand billion Rials after several stages of capital increase.

The company plans to build 7 factories in its agenda. Two recovery plants with a capacity of two million tons of sponge iron, two smelting and casting plants with a capacity of two million tons of steel ingots per year and three rolling mills and alloy steel with a production capacity of 2 million tons of rolling and alloy products.
