Fumanat Industrial Group

View of Fumanate Cellulose Industries Complex

Fumanat Industrial Group was established in 1996 as Fumanat Chipboard Company (Private Joint Stock). Fumanat Cellulose Industries Complex was commissioned in 2003 with the launch of its first unit, chipboard production line.

Fumanat Cellulose Industries Complex is located in the beautiful foothills of Alborz, Sardar Jangal region of Gilan, with the aim of strengthening national production, creating employment and eliminating deprivation, on a land area of more than 30 hectares to respect the survival of the forest and create a suitable atmosphere. The economy has paved the way for the world's fastest-growing poplar tree, poplar, to provide prosperity and employment for people in the region and elsewhere.

In order to diversify products and respect the needs of consumers, the complex has launched MDF, melamine and high glass production lines with the ability to produce a variety of colors and designs. The variety of designs and colors of the company's products is low in the country and indicates the attention to the needs of customers.

In addition to the chipboard production line, Fumanat Cellulose Industries Complex has proudly launched a raw MDF production line, a impregnation line, three melamine veneer lines and a high glass line. The market is the first and only high glass production line in Iran that produces boards with large dimensions of 3.66 × 1.83. The product of this complex is qualitatively competitive with similar foreign products.

Fumanat Industrial Group is always optimizing equipment, machinery and improving quality by using experts and industry and university elites. The products of this complex currently follow the national standard of Iran and the highest quality is offered to the market.

In order to achieve its goals, this group has always put development plans and projects on its agenda. Some of the hand designs are as follows:

Fumenate Cellulose Industries Complex Adhesive Production Line, which will be put into operation soon.
New chipboard production line with a nominal daily capacity of 1200 cubic meters, whose machines are about 80% installed.
Second MDF production line

The main raw material used by the factory is wood chips that can not be used in other industries, which are in the form of firewood and carpentry wastes (such as plywood and sawdust). Considering that the survival of the company depends on the preservation of nature and the environment, so in this regard, environmental measures have been taken as follows

Construction of an industrial wastewater treatment system that has been implemented at a high cost and is unique in its kind in the province.
Installation of German filters to prevent contamination and dust distribution in existing facilities.
Creating a green space of approximately 25% in the factory environment. Planting fast-growing trees around the plant
Distribution of more than 170,000 free poplar seedlings among farmers in the region in order to promote the culture of tree planting and ultimately supply the plant raw materials.
Planting trees and shrubs that absorb dust pollution in the factory environment.
Establishment and commissioning of a dust burning system: By launching this system, a large part of the energy required for the production of chipboard is provided by burning the dust resulting from production, while reducing ambient dust, saving gas oil consumption (diesel) and thus reducing pollution. Has been.
Construction of energy supply complex (plant energy) using waste incinerator system, which by launching this system, all combustible waste of the factory and the complex around the factory, will be cleaned and converted into clean energy. Which is unique in its kind in the country.
In order to closely monitor and control waste management and work more closely with the Environment Organization, the company has established an environmental supervisor in the factory complex.
Installation of instantaneous and continuous monitoring systems to check air and wastewater outlets.
Implementation of the operational plan of the executive management of industrial and special wastes In order to better monitor the environmental conditions and protect the rights of neighboring residents, the company has signed a contract with a trusted laboratory of the Environment Organization to test the plant's wastewater, which results directly and without intermediaries Sent by a trusted laboratory to the provincial environment organization
